We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and scheduling (for example Microsoft 365 and our form processor), with Amazon Web Services where a funded program requires it, and where the law requires.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and delivery records for the life of the engagement plus any statutory period. Data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure with access limited to staff who need it.
